Cancellation Policy

All sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Upon canceling a session within the 24 hour window, the client will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of the service.

Payments

Payments will be made securely through Stripe or QuickBooks. All payments are to be made prior to the start of the session.

Reiki Sessions

Reiki sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological care; they are complementary to any other healing or treatment modalities. Always consult a licensed medical or psychological professional for diagnoses and/or treatment. Results can vary and are unique to the individual.

Client Responsibility

The client understands that they are responsible for any actions taken after a Reiki session, and that they are in charge of their own health and healing journey. Jen Bellenger and Wild Orchid Healing are not liable for the results of any decisions or actions taken as a result of any guidance given during a session.

The client understands that healing takes time and that long term changes may be possible only after multiple Reiki sessions. They also understand that energy healing is not equivalent to healing or treatment obtained under medical or psychological care and that health decisions should be made with the appropriate licensed medical professional.
